We partner with leading CDL schools in and around Richmond, Virginia to sponsor new drivers who wish to acquire Commercial Driver’s Licenses (Terms & Conditions apply). In additional to attending CDL schools, 256 Trucking & Logistics LLC further help new CDL graduates attain hands on highway practical experience by attaching them to our experienced drivers who are committed to helping you establish a successful driving career.

As prerequisite to be considered for this program, applicants are subjected to previous employment verifications, background checks (criminal and driving record), and drug screenings.

After obtaining your CDL, plus industry leading over the road training with 256 Trucking & Logistics, drivers are enrolled to fulltime permanent driving contracts with the company for a specific period of time, after which the driver has a right to extend his contract, or otherwise.
